See <br />Appendix F for contact information and driving instructions. <br />NOTE: During after hours (before 8.00 am and after 5.00 pm) contact <br />Lynn Reyes (Administration Manager) <br />or 5204761 (paper) to report an on-the-iob injury not requiring <br />immediate medical assistance. If unavailable contact Donna <br />Richardson -Mould (Human Resources) at (209) 824-8290 Additional <br />Contact information is listed in Appendix A Take the employee to <br />the emergency room at Doctor's Hospital in Manteca between the <br />hours of 7:00 pm and 7:00 am. <br />10.4. Area Flooding <br />10.4.1.In the event of the threat of flooding, the ERC and Staff Personnel <br />will evaluate the situation and, if necessary, initiate shutdown of <br />equipment and evacuation of personnel. <br />10.4.2.If necessary, the ERC will direct personnel to empty the process <br />tanks and neutralize the treatment chemicals in the wastewater <br />treatment unit. <br />10.4.2.1. Materials in the Dry Chemical Warehouse will be raised to <br />a higher elevation to prevent exposure and release. <br />10.4.2.2. Precautions will be taken to minimize equipment water <br />damage and prevent floatation of the bulk storage tanks. <br />11. Training <br />11.1. All employees will be familiarized annually with the requirements of the <br />emergency procedures, emergency equipment, and emergency systems <br />to insure they are able to respond effectively. (See Appendix D). <br />11.2. All ERC and ERT members will receive annual training on responding to <br />emergency situations. <br />
