Advanced Interconnect Technologies <br />Emergency Response Plan <br />Page 18 <br />11.2.1.Where appropriate, the ERC's will assist the Safety/Manufacturing <br />Manager with personnel training. A proposed calendar of training <br />subjects is provided in Appendix D. <br />11.3. All members of the Spill Cleanup Team will also receive annual training <br />for emergency incidental spill cleanup. Training will at a minimum address <br />the following: <br />=> Respirator usage. <br />=> Use of spill cleanup equipment and locations. <br />=> Spill cleanup procedures <br />=:> Use of personal protective equipment. <br />=> Additional training for MSDS locations and use. <br />=:> Recognition of hazardous material spills. <br />11.4. Records of all employee training will be kept on file in the Personnel <br />Department for a minimum of three years. <br />12. Emergency Drills <br />12.1. The Safety Manager (Production Section Leader) will conduct emergency <br />drills on a semi-annual basis. A tentative schedule is included as part of <br />the Training Calendar in Appendix D. <br />12.2. Critiques will be held after each drill to address any discrepancies <br />observed during the drill. Discrepancies will be corrected as soon as <br />possible. <br />12.3. Documentation of all emergency drills and critiques will be kept on file by <br />the Safety Manager (Production Section Leader) for at least three years. <br />13. Plan Update and Revision <br />13.1. The Emergency Response Plan will be reviewed and amended, if <br />necessary, whenever: <br />• Applicable regulations are revised; <br />♦ The plan fails during an emergency; <br />♦ The list of Emergency Response Coordinators changes; <br />♦ The emergency equipment listed in Appendix B changes; <br />♦ There is a change in facility design, operations, or other <br />circumstances that increases the potential of fires, or releases of <br />hazardous waste or hazardous materials. <br />
