If the amount of <br />hazardous substance spilled or released in a 24-hour period exceeds the RQ, an <br />immediate telephone report must be made to the Agencies at Section 6.5.6. of the <br />Emergency Response Plan. <br />Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda) 1000 lbs <br />Sulfuric Acid 1000 lbs <br />Ethylene Glycol (Chiller) 5000 lbs <br />Hazardous Waste Filter Cake 10 lbs <br />
