Reyes <br />SUBJECT: Local Hospital Notification of Hazardous Waste Operations <br />On December 20, 2000, 1 contacted the Doctor's Hospital of Manteca in regards to AIT's on-site <br />hazardous waste materials, policy, and management plan. A JaAnne took down my information and <br />she told me that she would find out who I should talk with and have that person call me back. As of <br />December 22, 2000 1 had not been contacted by anyone with Doctor's Hospital of Manteca. <br />On December 22, 2000, 1 again contacted the Doctor's Hospital of Manteca in regards to AIT's on- <br />site hazardous waste materials, policy, and management plan. 1 was told by a Margaret with <br />administration that I should talk with the Director of Plant Operations, a Mr. Gary Harrison. His voice <br />mail stated that he would not be available until early January 2001. As he was unavailable, I left a <br />voice mail stating that AIT must contact a designated hospital to inform them of the hazardous <br />materials that are at the facility. I continued by stating that I would again try to contact him early next <br />year and that a copy of the Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP) will be delivered via <br />certified mail to his attention for future reference. He can be contacted at (209)-239-8323 during <br />business hours.
