Weber Ave, Third Floor <br />Stockton, CA 95202 <br />Attn: Allison Youngblood, Letitia Briggs <br />RE: Contingency Plan Update <br />Dear Allison and Letitia: <br />This letter is to advise you that, Advanced Technology Interconnect Inc., d.b.a. <br />Advanced Interconnect Technologies (AIT) at 555 Carnegie Street in Manteca, CA has <br />updated the facility contingency plan to include the medical arrangement information <br />that was requested by P.H.S. after the routine inspection on 6/7/00.
