Circuits was never submitted to our <br /> office. Enclosed is a copy of the letter requesting a closure plan. To grant clearance of <br /> the building, a plan must be submitted addressing the following issues: <br /> Termination of storage <br /> Disposal and transportation of waste products <br /> Cleanup of contamination in the interior and exterior areas of the facility <br /> Testing must be conducted to verify that the facility are clean of any contamination.
