Center Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE A FACILITY CLOSURE PLAN <br /> This letter is in response to the Stockton City Council's decision to discontinue sewer service to your <br /> facility. Due to your inability to conduct business without a sewer system the Stockton Fire <br /> Department is requiring a facility closure plan as per California Fire Code, Section 80.110. Should this <br /> currenf situation get'rectified the closure pIA'Will iiofbe required. <br /> The plan must identify how you are planning to terminate storage, dispensing, handling, or use of all <br /> hazardous materials left on site after your closure. The plan must include how the materials are to be <br /> transported, disposed of, or reused in a manner that eliminates the need for further maintenance and <br /> any threat to public health and safety. Due to the circumstances surrounding your closure the Fire <br /> Chief has agreed to waive the 30 day pre-closure requirement as long as the closure plan is submitted <br /> to this office by Friday, June 18, 1993:_.
