However, on <br />9/6/2018, Max Lee informed the EHD that the business owner, Daniel Webster, took the waste off site and did not <br />inform the property owner where he was going to take the waste, nor did Daniel provide manifests for the waste. <br />Kristen Lee, the property's agent manager, stated Daniel took the waste about two weeks ago, which would be the <br />week of August 27, 2018. <br />Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts <br />used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. <br />Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years and submit copies to the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />117 <br />HSC 25185(c)(3) Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br />An inspection was last done on July 10, 2018 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be <br />submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by August 10, 2018. <br />This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives <br />an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting <br />corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response <br />documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Notes: <br />- The business owner, Dan Webster, informed the EHD on 8/9/2018 that his facility was no longer in business. <br />- The amount of hazardous waste generated in the past calendar year could not be determined due to disposal <br />records not being on site. <br />- An inspection was last done on July 10, 2018 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be <br />submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by August 10, 2018. <br />This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that <br />receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement <br />documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken.
