SUMMARY OF IOLATI CLASS I,CLASS II,o INOR-No ce to Com This is a report of the Routine hazardous waste inspection conducted at the referenced facility by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The following are Minor Violations - Notice to Comply: #107, 108, 301, 404, 603, 605 107. Analytical results of the solid wastes sent to Forward Landfill on June 10 and July 1, 2011, the liquid waste sent to US Ecology Nevada on August 16, 2011, the solid wastes from settling of the process water disposed as non-hazardous were not available for inspection, and pH log of the discharged water before and after pH adjustment. A generator shall keep records of any test results, waste analyses, or other determinations made in accordance with section 66262.11 for at least three years from the date that the waste was last sent to on-site or off-site treatment, storage, or disposal. Submit a copy of the analytical results to EHD by 11/14/2011, and begin keeping a copy of all test results for at least 3 years. 108. The following wastes require hazardous waste determination: - Two red containers of solvent soaked waste rags soaked used for wiping down printing equipment. The rags are currently being handled by a laundry service instead of being managed as hazardous wastes. - Liquid in secondary containments of 55-gallon drum of"Power Klene QUV" and one drum of"MRC-85 Metering Roller Cleaner" Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste accordingly. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22. Submit corrective action statement and evidence to EHD by 11/14/2011 ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
