Among the empty containers was a 55 gallon drum <br /> of urea waste that was not labeled. <br /> After the facility tour I reviewed documentation <br /> applicable to hazardous waste management. The <br /> contingency plan did not reflect a recent personnel <br /> change for an alternate emergency coordinator. <br /> IX. DISCUSSION WITH MANAGEMENT: <br /> Upon the completion of the inspection I reviewed the <br /> violations noted during the inspection with Mr. Leslie, <br /> Mr. Setzer, and Mr. Buttler. I informed them they will <br /> receive a report of violations and schedule of <br /> corrections from this office addressing the violations <br /> observed during the inspection. <br />
