CARPENTER COMPANY <br /> 17100 S HARLAN ROAD <br /> LATHROP CA 95330 <br /> RE: REPORT OF VIOLATION AND SCHEDULE OF CORRECTION <br /> On June 10, 1992, Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) <br /> conducted an inspection of E.R. Carpenter Company located at 17100 S. Harlan Road, <br /> Lathrop, CA. <br /> As a result of that inspection, violations of the Hazardous Waste Statutes and/or <br /> Regulations were identified. Specific violations requiring action are listed below. Failure <br /> to correct the identified violations within the schedule provided will result in PHS-EHD <br /> citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS: <br /> 1. Section 66265.16, Article 2, Chapter 15, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: <br /> Hazardous waste management training records for personnel were not on file. <br /> 2. Section 66265.52, Article 3, Chapter 15, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: <br /> The contingency plan did not contain an agreement or contract with an emergency <br /> response contractor to remediate any on site cleanup needs. <br /> 3. Section 66268.7(a)(6) Article 1, Chapter 18, Title 22, California Code of <br /> Regulations: Land Ban certificates were not attached to four manifests from <br /> 1990. <br /> 4.
