SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS: <br /> Violation #1: Within 30 days of receipt of this report, complete and maintain <br /> employee hazardous waste training records. <br /> Violation #2: Within 30 days of receipt of this report, enter into and maintain an <br /> agreement and/or contract with an emergency response contractor. <br /> Violation #3: Effective immediately, attach all Land Ban certificates to applicable <br /> hazardous waste manifests. <br /> Violation #4: Effective immediately, maintain records for waste oil, used oil filters, <br /> and safety clean solvents and make available for inspection. <br /> 2 <br />
