Pg. 3 <br /> Continuous evaluation of our Respiratory Protection Program will be carried out as follows: <br /> 1. Frequent, unscheduled observations of employee activities throughout the affected areas of the <br /> LMT plant to confirm use in the proper sense of the respirators. Outside personnel involved in this <br /> will be Bob Guzman and Bob Lind. Supervisor & Foreman personnel involved will be Les <br /> Roberts, Ron Guzman &Van Holman. Those employees that take L.MTs monthly safety inspection <br /> in conjunction with Industrial Indemnity's area representative, & Dick Moreci, chairman of the safety <br /> committee, will be appraised of the items which will be included in the monthly inspection <br /> requirements for all respirators. Occasional unscheduled inspections will be conducted by Dalton <br /> Bietz, Plant Manager and safety coordinator. <br /> 2. Observation &discussions with new employees to confirm that proper instruction &training has <br /> been provided by Lodi Metal Tech., Inc. <br /> 3. Discussions with foremen & employees will be carried out in conjunction with L.MTs regularly <br /> scheduled safety meetings & program updates. <br />
