Kelly Street in Lodi. <br /> As a result of that inspection,violations of the hazardous waste status and/or regulations were identified. <br /> Specific violations and required corrective action are listed below. Failure to correct the identified <br /> violations within the schedule period will result in PHS-EHD citing you for continuing/additional <br /> violations. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS: <br /> A. Section 66508 (a) (2), and (3),Title 23, of the California Code of Regulations. <br /> 1) At the time of inspection, there were approximately sixty - 55 gallon drums of <br /> paint sludge which did not have labels or accumulation start dates. <br /> 2) At the time of inspection, there was one - 55 gallon drum of waste oil without a <br /> label or accumulation start date. <br /> B. Section 67105, California Code of Regulations. <br /> 1) At the time of inspection LMT had not implemented a personnel training <br /> program. <br /> C. Section 67140 (a), California Code of Regulations. <br /> 1) At the time of inspection LMT had an inadequate contingency plan.
