All water for drain to have a Ph of 6-7 . <br /> 2 . Deflock holding tank, to settle paint 24 hours before <br /> emptying. <br /> 3 . All employes working in tank to remove paint sludge, will <br /> wear protective clothing and rubber boots that are assigned. <br /> 4 . All solids being removed from settling tank, will be put <br /> in open type lid in 55 gal . drums . Replace lids (with <br /> rubber seals in place) . <br /> 5 . Wash and replace rubber boots , rain gear etc . to assigned <br /> storage locker . <br /> 6 . Label all drums . <br /> 7 . Remove full waste drums to assigned waste staging area <br /> before start up of next paint day . <br /> 8 . Labels will be removed and barrels clean when used for <br /> plant in production i,se. <br /> Item # 4 is a 6 ' high holding tank with a open top. <br />
