Next to this drum full of used oil is another 55 gallon black drum of used oil that <br /> lacked company name, company address, hazardous property, physical state, and the words hazardous waste. At <br /> the hazardous waste storage area are four 55 gallon black drums of non-RCRA liquid that each lacked a hazardous <br /> waste property. Next to these four drums is another 55 gallon black drum of oily sludge that lacked a hazardous waste <br /> property. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> At lot 214 by the hazardous waste shed near the north central boundary fence is a white 55 gallon drum of used oil <br /> that only had a blank hazardous waste label on it. Inside this shed is a box of hazardous waste paint dust that lacked <br /> all the required hazardous waste label information. Darryl Strongheart confirmed that the box contains hazardous <br /> waste paint dust. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. Since <br /> it cannot be determined how long the white 55 gallon drum of used oil and the box of hazardous waste paint dust have <br /> been on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and <br /> submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II <br /> >08 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> At the used oil storage area is a 55 gallon black drum of drained used oil filters with a date of 5-1-13. These filters have <br /> been on site longer than one year. Facilities that generate up to one ton of used oil filters per year may store the <br /> filters up to one year. Facilities that generate one ton or more of used oil filters may store the filters for up to 180 <br /> days.
