Outside on lot 214, east of the <br /> hazardous waste storage shed near the north central boundary fence, is a white 55 gallon drum of used oil that was <br /> left open. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. <br /> Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or <br /> removing waste. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II <br /> 01 CCR 66262.34(a) Stored hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days without a permit or authorization. <br /> At the used oil storage location is a 55 gallon drum of oily sludge with an accumulation start date of 11-20-14. This <br /> hazardous waste has been on site longer than 90 days. Facilities who generate more than 1000 kg of hazardous <br /> waste per month may store waste on site up to 90 days.
