The report will <br /> document soil sample collection , analytical procedures , and analytical <br /> ' results . Based upon an evaluation of these results, recommendations will be <br /> made for either additional sampling and analyses, remediation, or no action. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> EMCON can schedule sample collection as soon as this plan is approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Division of the San Joaquin Local Health District. <br /> ' Samples can be collected within 1 to 2 weeks after plan approval . Sample <br /> analysis will be completed within 2 weeks , pending mobile laboratory <br /> availability. The report will be submitted within the following 2 to 3 <br /> ' weeks . <br /> COST ESTIMATE <br /> ' Table 3 presents the cost estimate for sample collection, sample analyses, <br /> and report preparation.
