RECEIVED <br /> FEB 16 2016 <br /> NES <br /> INSTRUCTOR Bios ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> KIEL MCCLINTOCK FAiTP n1=PAPTMFh1T <br /> Kiel McClintock is an EH&S Instructor with NES. Mr. McClintock has over six years of <br /> experience working within the Environmental Health and Safety field. Mr. McClintock <br /> graduated with a degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management from Columbia <br /> Southern University. He has served in the U.S. Navy as a Safety Officer, and most recently <br /> worked throughout the U.S. overseeing clean-up and remediation operations for derailed trains. <br /> In addition to providing OSHA training programs for government and private sector employees <br /> within California Mr. McClintock also provides OSHA training on behalf of the Department of <br /> Justice for law enforcement personnel throughout the country. <br /> STEVE REICHOW <br /> Steve Reichow is responsible for overseeing all Environmental Health and Safety training <br /> programs provided by NES. He has over 15 years of experience in hazardous waste <br /> management and transportation issues. Mr. Reichow has developed and provided training <br /> programs to comply with OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations for numerous private companies <br /> and government agencies. He has extensive knowledge of characterizing, profiling, <br /> manifesting, transporting and treating hazardous waste. His practical and hands on experience <br /> was gained while working as an Environmental Lab Pack Chemist at a local TSDF and <br /> overseeing field operations for a firm specializing in hazardous waste management and <br /> transportation, remediation and emergency response services. Mr. Reichow also has provided <br /> numerous hazardous waste management and transportation audits for clients throughout <br /> California. <br /> STEVE SMITH <br /> Steve Smith has worked in the heavy construction and environmental field for over 20 years. <br /> He graduated from St. Mary's with a Bachelor of Arts degree while minoring in <br /> environmental science courses. He was hired by Construction Teamsters Local 291 in 1982 <br /> and rose to the office of President in 1991. He chaired the Northern California construction <br /> negotiation subcommittee on training and education beginning in 1988. He served as the <br /> founding Co-Chairman of the Northern California Teamster Apprentice Training Program <br /> (NCTAT) in 1989 until 1993. He served on the Measure B advisory committee to the <br /> Alameda County Transportation Authority and was a delegate to the NIEHS Instructor <br /> Conference. In 1993 he went to work full time for the NCTAT. Steve was the lead instructor <br /> for the NIEHS worker training grant programs under EPA, DOT and Department of Energy <br /> Worker Training Grants. Over 10,000 workers and instructors were trained under these <br /> programs throughout the United States. In 2000, Mr. Smith took over the Lead Instructor <br /> position for the NCTAT commercial drivers. <br />
