Incorporated in 1988, NES is a California Certified Small Business. NES' Corporate Office and Sacramento Regional Training Center is located at 1141 Sibley Street, Folsom, California 95630. We also operate a Bay Area training center, located at 2440 Stanwell Drive, Suite B, Concord, California 94520. NES provides a variety of Environmental Health and Safety training courses. Our training courses fall into seven main topical areas: OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120, Department of Transportation (DOT), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Hazardous Materials, Environmental Compliance, Occupational Health& Safety and Clandestine Drug Laboratory Safety. For the past 26 years, NE,5 has developed and provided clandestine laboratory certification training programs for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). NES currently offers open enrollment Environmental Health and Safety training programs to the public at our Folsom and Concord training centers. We also offer on-site and client-specific tailored training programs for private industry and governmental agencies. NES has full in-house capabilities for word processing, desktop publishing, and document/manual production. Additionally, NES provides Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Compliance consulting services for clients throughout California. NES was an integral part of the remediation and clean-up efforts of the Angora and San Diego wild fires, Roseville Galleria fire, San Bruno pipeline as well as the Thermalito Pumping-Generating Plant. NES prepared Health and Safety Plans, as well as provided air sampling during debris removal for the Angora, San Diego, San Bruno and Thermalito projects. NES'Industrial Hygiene and Environmental services include support for various issues concerning employee health and safety including, indoor air quality, mold growth and water damage, asbestos, noise, employee exposure to hazardous chemicals, OSHA compliance, transportation requirements and hazardous waste management. NES has provided Environmental Health and Safety consulting and training services to both private industry and government clients for the prior 26 years. All NES professional staff has a minimum of five years professional experience, most have 15 or more years of experience, and have hands-on and management experience in both the private and public sector in their individual areas of expertise. In addition, NES' professional staff members hold numerous professional registrations, certifications and advanced academic degrees including Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Registered Environmental Assessor (REA), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Registered Environmental Professional (REP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Certified Professional Environmental Auditor(CPEA).
