10 <br />Oil Spill Prevention Control Et Countermeasure (SPCC) <br />LEADER GUIDE <br />SLIDE 11 Under certain circumstances, spills and leaks that <br />occur on the road resulting in a downtime are <br />Reporting on the road spills reported through the onboard computer system <br />(OCS) by checking "yes" in the spills/leaks field. <br />Drivers must complete the downtime entry as <br />follows: <br />• enter the reason for the downtime <br />• specify the category of the downtime, <br />AND, <br />• if the spill or leak was a petroleum <br />product, like fuel or hydraulic oil, off - <br />waste management <br />property and contacted the Around, click <br />`yes' to identify it as a spill/leak.
