This is the appropriate action. The <br />hydraulic leak resulted in a downtime and the <br />hydraulic fluid contacted the ground at an offsite <br />location. If the leak had been at a Waste <br />Management landfill or hauling yard, the driver <br />would not report it on OCS. It would still need to <br />be reported to your supervisor but it is not a <br />trackable incident in the Waste Management <br />system.
