Personnel have been trained to check the labels on all hazardous waste drums weekly, <br />to ensure all drums are properly labeled. Photographs of the properly labeled drums are in <br />Attachment 3 as Picture 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8. <br />Violation code: 610 — Failed to store used oil Filters in a closed, rainproof container that is <br />labeled "drained used oil filters" and marked with the accumulation start date <br />It was noted on the inspection form that oil filters in the Transfer Station were being improperly <br />stored in approximately 21 open, unlabeled, five gallon buckets. All used oil filters have been <br />removed from the buckets and are being properly stored in closed, labeled, 55 gallon drums near <br />the used oil tank. Personnel have been trained to properly store used oil filters. Containers will be <br />inspected on a weekly basis to ensure proper container use and proper labeling.
