Since it cannot be determined how long the containers of oily solids and <br />waste oil have been on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this <br />waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD by 1-6-12. <br />610. Drained used oil filters are being stored in approximately twenty-one, open, and unlabeled, five <br />gallon buckets next to the "residential used oil tank". Used oil filters must be stored in a closed, rainproof <br />container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start date.
