Violation T 22 CCR 66265.193- Failed to provide secondary containment for HW <br />tank- Containers used to hold leaking engine components and waste fluids did not <br />have secondary containment at time of inspection. Waste fluids were observed to <br />be leaking onto ground. <br />Provide secondary containment for all containers holding hazardous waste in <br />order to prevent leakage. <br />10.) Violation T 22 CCR 66265.195(a)- Failed to conduct daily inspections of HW <br />tank- No record or evidence of tank/container monitoring was provided. Multiple <br />leaks noted by inspector were covered with absorbent at time of inspection. <br />Conduct routine inspections of hazardous waste storage containers and continue <br />to monitor for leaks.
