Violation HSC 25250.22(b)(1)- Failed to label oil filters containing <br />gasoline/diesel-commingled filters "used oil and gasoline filters". Observed <br />several smaller open -top containers with oil and fuel filters (un -drained). <br />Label all filters appropriately. <br />6.) Violation T 22 CCR 66265.52- Contingency Plan incomplete- No contingency <br />plan measures appeared to have been implemented prior to inspection. Observed <br />on-going releases of hazardous waste onto asphalt. No effort to contain releases <br />from vehicle components was made prior to inspection. <br />Implement a Contingency Plan for hazardous waste releases immediately. Submit <br />in writing a Contingency Plan to the Department. <br />7.) Violation T 22 CCR 66265.55- No Emergency Coordinator- No emergency <br />coordinator was identified at time of inspection. Inspector observed on-going <br />releases at time of inspection. No efforts to prevent or contain releases were made <br />by staff at dismantling work area. <br />Designate an emergency coordinator for emergency and safety issues at work site <br />and submit in writing with Contingency Plan. <br />8.) Violation T 22 CCR 66265.191(d)- If HW tank found leaking or unfit, failed to <br />comply with 66265.196. Containers used to contain drained waste oil and fluids <br />were found to be unfit. Containers holding waste were unlabeled, uncovered, and <br />unattended. Fluids were puddle around containers.
