The waste oil was shipped <br />off-site via Evergreen Environmental. Please find attached a copy <br />of the manifest that documents this shipment. The empty drums <br />will be returned to the vendor. <br />#20 Finding: Five drums of waste (three drums of spent absorbent and <br />two drums of antifreeze) in shop without labels. <br />Corrective Action: All five drums have been labeled with hazardous <br />waste labels and the appropriate sections of the labels have been <br />completed. Labeling was performed on 7/2/04. <br />#28/29 Finding: Missing twelve manifests signed off by the TSDF. <br />Corrective Action: Please find enclosed copies of the 12 missing <br />manifests signed off by the TSDF. <br />
