0 <br />0 <br />#81 Finding: Cargo container containing CRTs was not labeled. <br />Corrective Action: The CRT container was labeled on 6/23/04. <br />#83 Finding: Without label, no determination how long Universal Waste <br />has been on-site. <br />Corrective Action: Per #81 above, container was labeled. Review <br />of shipping records indicates that previous container of CRTs was <br />shipped on 6 April 2004. This verifies that container observed <br />during the inspection had been on-site less than 1 year. <br />Note: Finding: Explain why there are no manifests associated with spent <br />absorbent since 2002. <br />Corrective Action: The vendor transporting bulk sludge off-site <br />vacuums the contaminated absorbent along with the sludge. <br />Also, please find enclosed a signed copy of the "Certification of Return to <br />Compliance" per your direction. <br />Please contact the undersigned at 209-333-5611 if further information is required <br />on any of these items.
