This price does not include <br /> additional costs associated with the disposal of residual material contained in the <br /> tanks. Disposal of residual will be charged at $1.85 per gallon and $85.00 per hour. <br /> Additional labor and equipment necessary to remove residual material will be <br /> charged on a time and material basis in accordance with our standard rate schedule. <br /> All bills for services rendered are due and payable within 30 days of invoice date. A <br /> 1-1/2 percent per month interest charge will be assessed on any overdue balances. <br />
