Hwy 26 Stockton, CA 95215 <br />Program: UST <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />332. Failed to comply with temporary closure requirements. <br />333. Failed to comply with permanent closure requirements. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class 11. <br />201. Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. These records <br />shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records include: (1) date and time of all <br />monitoring or sampling; (2) monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; (3) results of any <br />visual observations; (4) results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5) logs of all readings <br />of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6) results of <br />inventory readings and reconciliations. Immediately locate and maintain all maintenance and monitoring <br />records for the last three years on site and submit copies to the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class 11. <br />203. Records of repairs, linings, and upgrades for the UST system were not found on site. These <br />records shall be kept on site for the life of the tank. Immediately locate and maintain these records on <br />site and submit copies to the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class H. <br />204. An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans <br />shall be accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br />205. A copy of the UST operating permit was not found on site. A copy of the UST operating permit and <br />all attachments and conditions shall be retained at the facility. Immediately obtain a copy of the permit <br />and retain it on site. <br />318. Unable to determine if line leak detectors are capable of detecting a leak at 3 -gallons per hour at 10 <br />psi. All line leak detectors shall be capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. Immediately <br />have a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor repair or replace any failed leak detector (LG <br />113-x listed, if applicable) and obtain a permit within one business day from the EHD.
