Turner Rd. <br /> Lodi, CA 95242 <br /> OWNER: Sebastiani Vineyards <br /> RE: Soil Remediation Workplan <br /> Dear Diane, <br /> We have been looking closely it our "Soil Remedlatlon Workplan" <br /> and consulting with a geologist to determine the most effective <br /> way to assess the extent of soil contamination and to clean up <br /> the soil . <br /> As a result of our studies, we would like to amend our workplan. <br /> 1. We propose to have a mobile lab on site to do the required <br /> tests. We have contacted Enseco Environmental Labs. They <br /> are certified by the Department of Health Services <br /> (Certificate #186) to do the EPA approved soil tests in. a <br /> mobile lab at the contamination site. Attached is the <br /> required "Authorization to Release Analytical Data". <br /> Sincethe lab on site can certify the levels of contaminants <br /> at the time of excavation, we propose a modification of the <br /> number of tests to be taken.
