UST Tank Information forms for the 87, 91, and diesel tanks are not current in CERS. The tank forms incorrectly list the vent lines as being double walled. The tank forms incorrectly state that the riser has secondary containment and that the site has containment sumps; the spill buckets were observed to be direct bury. The diesel tank form incorrectly indicates there are vapor recovery lines. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a repeat violation, Class II_ 106 CCR 2632 Monitoring and response plans not current or approved by the EHD. The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. The 87 and 91 monitoring plans incorrectly state that the tanks are using FE Petro leak detectors. The leak detectors observed on these tanks were VMI 99LD2000. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. The response plan was not current and/or not approved by the EHD. The response plan on site did not have any option filled in or marked for section V (Monitoring Indicators). The response plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). The section was completed at the time of inspection. Immediately log into CERS, upload the completed form, and submit for review by the EHD. Ensure a copy is available for inspection at any time This is a repeat violation, Class II. 107 CCR 2632(d)(1)(C) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed. An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http-//cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan This is a minor violation. 126 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data electronically. The UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Owner/Operator Written Agreement (if applicable), UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer, and Owner Statement of Designated UST Operator Compliance were not submitted to the the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS)- Beginning January 1, 2014, all businesses are required to submit all new (or any changes to existing) UST information, including: UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Owner/Operator Written Agreement (if applicable), UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer, and Owner Statement of Designated UST Operator Compliance online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
