PHS/EHD may be present to observe sampling of the stockpile prior to its <br /> proposed removal. <br /> 5. Reports, and letters are to be submitted to both PHS/EHD and the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) until the investigation and cleanup is adequate for <br /> closure.
