Failure to notify Constructor shall <br /> Constitute waiver by Contractor of concessions or benefits specified under this Paragraph. <br /> 12.4 DELAYS WITHtl CONTRACTOR'S CONTROL: No additional compensation or other concessions will be aLLowed <br /> Contractor for expenses incurred as a result of delays arising from causes for which Contractor is responslbLe. <br /> If. Constructor will investigate the causes and remedies and may require or <br /> authorize aay of the following ,procedures. Contractor will be promptly notified as to which procedure shall be <br /> followed: <br /> 12.5.1 If, in Constructor's opinion, the current progress of the w rk Is satisfactory and the delay is <br /> minor, Contractor may be required to complete the work in accordance wLth the specified construction <br /> schedule +.rich no allowance for extra time or extra crospensation. <br /> 12.5.2 If, in Constructor's opinion, any actual delav is sufficient to prevent Contractor's compliance with <br /> the specified construction schedule. Constructor will require or authorize any of the following procedures, <br /> 12.5.2.1 Extend the specified completion dace, with no extra compensation, for a period of tire equal <br /> to the delay plus. in the event of strikes or other causes that Take It necessary to close down the <br /> work, an additional two days. <br /> 12.5.2.2 Authorize overtime as necessary to eeoply wLth the specified completion date. PCec will only <br /> reieburse Contractor for the premium portion of overtime.
