INVENTORY RECONCILIATION <br /> INVENTORY MEASUREMENT METHOD MANUAL X ELECTRONIC <br /> ELECTRONIC INVENTORY EQUIPMENT AT THIS FACILITY IS: CEI-3000 <br /> Daily product inventory reconciliation -will be completed by the Chevron <br /> Dealer at the facility. <br /> 1) Approved meters for tank inputs and withdrawals in <br /> accordance with CCR Title 4, Chapter 9, Subchapter 1 <br /> Tolerance and Specifications for Commercial weighing and <br /> measuring devices. <br /> 2) Inventory reconciliation "exceeding a variation of 1. 0 <br /> percent of the monthly tank delivery plus 130 gallons must <br /> be investigated in accordance with this section. " <br /> 3) The inventory will be reconciled monthly by the dealer, and: <br /> Should inventory reconciliation indicate a loss greater than <br /> specified, the investigative steps outlined in California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 23 Waters, Subchapter 16 Underground Tank <br /> Regulations, Article 4, Section 2646 (k) , will be implemented. <br /> 4) Annually the dealer will submit the attached inventory <br /> certification form to the local agency. <br /> 4 <br />
