PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT <br />0 <br />Based on evaluation of potential hazards, the following levels of personal protection have been <br />designated for the applicable work areas or task: <br />F777TO.CATION.. <br />JOB FUNCTION: <br />LEVELS. OF PROTECTION: <br />Exclusion Zone <br />Drill borings <br />A B C D Other <br />Deduction Zone <br />Preserve samples <br />and log borings <br />A B C D Other <br />11 Support Zone <br />Su ort functions <br />A B C D Other <br />Specific protective equipment for each level of protection used is follows: <br />hard hat <br />steel -toed boots <br />Level D: half -faced respirator (if necessary) <br />gloves <br />If air purifying respirators are authorized, organic vapor and dust is the appropriate canister for use <br />with the involved substances and concentrations. No down -grading changes of the specified levels <br />of protection shall be made without the approval of the site safety officer and the project team leader. <br />6.0.
