Unable to stop loss. Recommend a new test boot. <br /> Secondary Pipe#2 Tank#2 87 Regular test boot began to split apart 10 minutes after pressure was applied. <br /> Also found the test boot at UDC&7&8 for this Secondary Pipe has large cracks and shows bubbles it UDC Test water. <br /> Secondary Pipe#3 Diesel,will not maintain pressure due to test boot at UDC#7&8. Found large cracks on Test Boot, <br /> Bubbles flowing from this test boot in UDC#7&8 Test water. Recommend a new test boot. <br /> Recommend a repair contractor be consulted. <br />
