No person may own or operate an UST unless a permit for its operation has been issued by the local agency to the owner or operator of the UST system. Immediately obtain a permit to operate a UST system from the EHD. This is a Class I violation. 105 CCR 2632(d)(1)Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. For the 87 grade, 89 grade and 91 grade tanks,the information under PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES needs to be updated. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD.
