The Emergency Response Team should remove any clothing contanimated by <br /> the hazardous material and wash any exposed body parts thoroughly with soap <br /> and water. Dispose of oil soaked shoes. <br /> D. DISPOSAL OF HAZARDOUS SPILL WASTE <br /> Any excessive hazardous waste which was generated as the result of the spill <br /> cleanup should be immediately removed by the Center's hazardous waste contrac- <br /> tors. <br /> E. DETERMINATION AND REPOET1NG OF THE CAUSE OF SPILL <br /> 1. As soon as containment and cieanup is complete the cause of the spill must be <br /> determined. Appropriate ste^s necessary to prevent a future spill should be <br /> taken including administrative and/or engineering changes. <br /> 2. A Hazardous Materials Incident Report must be completed and forwared to <br /> the Regional Office of Jiffy Lube international. <br /> F.
