Defendants shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS <br />($15,000.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 17206. <br />Said payments shall be made pavable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and <br />delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions <br />Unit as follows: <br />$ 7,500.00 - on or before FEBRUARY 1, 2017 <br />$ 7,500.00 - on or before FEBRUARY 1, 2018 <br />9. Defendants shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE <br />HUNDRED DOLLARS($ 8,500.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred <br />by the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Said payment <br />shall be due and payable to the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin <br />County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before FEBRUARY <br />1, 2012. <br />10. Defendants shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of SIX THOUSAND FIVE <br />HUNDRED DOLLARS ($6,500.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred <br />by the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney. Said payment shall be due and payable to <br />the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District <br />Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before FEBRUARY 1, 2013, <br />11. In addition to those penalties outline in Paragraphs 7, 8, 9, and 10 above Defendant shall <br />be penalized, as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 17200 et <br />seq., EIGHTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($80,000.00). However, it is stipulated by all parties that <br />the entire additional EIGHTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($80, 000.00), in these additional civil <br />penalties shall be allocated as follows: <br />PERMANENT INJUNCTION AND FINAL JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO STIPULATION <br />
