Fees based on the billing statement sent to Stockton East <br /> Water District were to be paid as outlined in our original <br /> correspondence dated 2-19-e6. (See attached copy) <br /> b. Health District Staff would then contact the facility owner/ <br /> Operator to set up an appointment at the site to conduct an <br /> evaluation inspection . <br /> C . The facility owner/operator would be provided complete <br /> inspection reports listing monitoring alternatives, documented <br /> methods and procedUre�; necessary to comply with the CA <br /> UndergrOUnd Storage Tank Regulations. <br /> d . Reinspections would be conducted where necessary and precision <br /> test re5UltS, monitoring well proposals, soil sampling results <br /> and other required site assessments would be evaluated and <br /> discussed with the facility owner/operator. <br /> e. Operation Permits Would be issued for all facilities that are <br /> in compliance with the CA Underground Storage Tank <br /> Regulations . <br /> OR <br /> Conditional Permits WOUld be issued for facilities that <br /> require additional compliance work . <br /> OR <br /> Legal action Would be implemented on all facilities not <br /> Subject to the above described permits. <br /> 5. What does the State do for its $268. ($56. /tank Surcharge) <br /> Answer: The CA State Water ReSOUrCeS Control Board is responsible <br /> to adopt regulation , compile an inventory, and develop a tracking <br /> system for all underground storage tanks within the State of <br /> California .
