The LEL and oxygen level <br /> were again measured and reported to the PHS-EHD. <br /> An inspector from the City of Stockton Fire Department was on site to oversee the tank <br /> abandonment activities. The LEL and percent oxygen were measured and acceptable for UST <br /> backfilling. <br /> Concrete was pumped in the fills and product lines for the USTs. The tank was completely filled <br /> and allowed to cure for five days. The fills and product lines were capped and then covered with <br /> pea gravel and asphalt.
