Cummings and Associates (JPCA) is pleased to offer this <br />Phase I environmental investigation report on the real property <br />located at 146 Klo Road, Lathrop, CA 95330. <br />A general location map,indicating the site, is depicted on <br />Figure 1. The site is 'rectangular and composed of two parcels <br />whose total area is approximately three and one half acres in <br />size. This lot lies on the south side of K10 Road, has a <br />rectangular shape, with a farm house and two storage buildings <br />located on the subject property. The APN for these parcels which <br />make up the subject site are 191-240-22 and 191-240-23.' A site <br />plan is ,identified as Figure 2. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Records at the Central Regional Water Quality Control Board and <br />the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division identify <br />that William Snavely, d Registered Sanitarian, of the San Joaquin <br />County Health Department recorded four Underground storage Tanks <br />(UST) at an area immediately south of the small maintenance shop <br />on this subject site ill January'1967, The UST were tw 0 000 <br />gallon and one 1,000 gallon asoline_tan_S. as <br />as Z�Q,QO,-. <br />The four UST were removed by TELIC Engineering on August 1, 1989. <br />No soil or water samples were taken at the time of removal. <br />William Snavely, in his inspection report stated that no samples <br />were collected, however he noted that " samples to be taken under <br />pormit required with Environmental Health. Contractor to submit <br />closure plan and pay fees at the rate of $90.00 per tank." <br />GFOLOGZCAI.
