Sampling Summary
I collected samples at the Arp Enterprises facility on
December 7 , 1988 , I did not collect any split samples
for Mr. Arp. Below is a summary of samples collected
(See also Attachment C) .
JF1207-001
Sample JF1207-001 was collected from the soil adjacent
to the uncovered tank. The sample was collected from a
depth of 0 to one inch. At the depth of one inch the
reddish colored soil terminated and the soil color
returned to a natural color. The sample was collected
using a stainless steel trowel and placed into a one
pint precleaned, telflon lined glass jar.
JF1207-002
Sample JF1207-002 was collected from the discolored
soil beneath the building drainage pipe. The sample was reddish
in color and was collected using an Etheridge sampler.
A glass jar attached to the Etheridge sampler was
dipped into the uncovered tank and the sample was then
poured into a sample container. The sample container
was a one pint, pre cleaned, teflon lined glass jar.
JF1207-004
Sample JF1207-004 was collected from the sludge
material located in the bottom of the uncovered tank.
The sample was reddish in color and was collected using
an Etheridge sampler. A glass jar attached to the
Etheridge sampler was lowered into the bottom of the
uncovered tank and the sample was then poured into
