McKinley <br /> Lathrop, California <br /> ' San Joaquin County <br /> ' Prepared for. <br /> OIL EQUIPMENT SERVICE <br /> ' by <br /> CONDOR EARTH TECHNOLOGIES, INC. <br /> June 19, 1991 <br /> ' 1. 0 INTRODUCTION <br /> ' On May 30, 1991, Oil Equipment Service, under the direct <br /> supervision of Reith Tall.ia, removed one 1,800-gallon evaporation <br /> ' pan from the Sullivan & Mann Lumber property located at 16177 So. <br /> McKinley in Lathrop, California (Figure 1) . Carol Oz of the San <br /> 1 Joaquin County Environmental Health Department was on site to <br />' observe the pan removal and sampling procedures . The pan <br /> previously had contained painting equipment rinse water and had <br />' not been used since 1990. The final dimensions of the excavation <br /> were approximately 27 feet by 7 feet with a total depth of <br />' approximately 6 feet (Figure 2) . <br />' 2 . 0 INVESTIGATION <br />' James Wack of Condor Earth Technologies, Inc.
