SUPER STORE <br /> I N O U a T R 1 a a Super Store Industries <br /> 16888 McKinley Ave. <br /> Lathrop,CA 95330 <br /> Waste Oil Tank Usage Operating Procedure <br /> THINK SAFETY FIRST,LAST & ALWAYS <br /> IT IS REQUIRED THAT THIS PROCEDURE BE USED <br /> ALWAYS USE THE APPROPRIATE PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT <br /> FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE <br /> FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE PROCEDURES MAY RESULT IN A TANK LEVEL OVERFILL <br /> OR PERSONAL INJURY <br /> 1. Daily UST log for oil level in the waste oil tank will be maintained by the truck shop <br /> maintenance dept. using the gauge system in the control room.This daily log will be <br /> reviewed by SSI during the daily rounds. <br /> 2. Once weekly the tank level must be checked using a stick measuring device to <br /> compare tank gauge in control room and recorded. <br /> 3. The maximum per addition to the tank will not be more than 24 gallons if the tank <br /> level is above 375 gallons. <br /> 4. If the tank level is above 375 gallons two operators must be present at all times when <br /> performing oil draining and adding to the Underground Storage Tank to assure no <br /> overfill. <br /> 5.
