After review of <br /> the request and supporting arguments, we have decided to :find in your favor <br /> and to accept the claim for conditional acceptance on the initial Priority <br /> List. <br /> The draft Priority List dated April 17 , 1992 , included the claims that were <br /> accepted as of that date . A revised Priority List will be provided to you <br /> at a later date and will include your claim and its priority rank within <br /> the assigned priority class . <br /> Placement on the adopted Priority List does not indicate that your claim is <br /> valid and does not constitute• a commitment to reimburse costs requested in <br /> the claim. <br /> After adoption of the priority List, staff will review, verify, and process <br /> applications based on the priority and rank within the priority class . <br /> During the detailed review, staff may request additional information to <br /> verify eligibility.
