After review of the request and supporting arguments, we have decided to :find in your favor and to accept the claim for conditional acceptance on the initial Priority List. The draft Priority List dated April 17 , 1992 , included the claims that were accepted as of that date . A revised Priority List will be provided to you at a later date and will include your claim and its priority rank within the assigned priority class . Placement on the adopted Priority List does not indicate that your claim is valid and does not constitute• a commitment to reimburse costs requested in the claim. After adoption of the priority List, staff will review, verify, and process applications based on the priority and rank within the priority class . During the detailed review, staff may request additional information to verify eligibility. Once review of the application is complete acid the claim is determined to be valid, a Letter of Commitment will be issued obligating funds toward the cleanup.
