I was given instructions to <br /> reply within thirty days, a direction that we felt that we could <br /> handle. <br /> As we discussed in the meeting, we are in litigatior, with Jack <br /> Shaughnessy, the prior owner of the property at 601 E. Miner and <br /> 4405 Pacific Avenue tr rescind the contract because oa <br /> misrepri-sentation by the seller. Both of these locations are <br /> under the same purchase agreement. <br /> I naively and unsuspectingly purchased both properties from Mr. <br /> Shaughnessy in good faith to be able to operate a reputable car <br /> wash and gas dispensing operation. We originally were going to <br /> operate :beth locations, with improvements to be made to both <br /> locations. f, <br /> Our first project was to rebuild the car wash on Pacific Avenue <br /> and then do the location on Miner. As time, expenses, and <br /> reconstruction problems increased on our first location, we were <br /> forced to try to sell. the Miner location.. Needless to say, this <br /> i s when we discovered the beginning of our ij=-j r Fndous problems. <br /> We were instructed by Wiggins and Associate,, in Stockton, to <br />
