I will need as much <br /> assistance from your__-y_our office_,_ and all county aria state <br /> regulatory offices as possible to acquire the Cleanup Fuad money. <br /> At this point, Mr . Shaughnessy has been unw.illiliq and <br /> uncooperative to do what is best for the environment and this <br /> situation. <br /> As you have expressed in several of our phone conversations over <br /> the last month, during the course of your working career in the <br /> field that you are in, you have never seen a dip stick puncture a <br /> hole in the bottom of a tank. We also have a court <br /> order not to remove or sell anything from either of these <br /> properties.
