STOCKTON Junt <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 207 CCR 2715 Designated operator did not inspect all required items and/or the inspection reports not completed. <br /> There were no designated monthly inspection reports and training documents provided at the time of inspection for <br /> review. During the monthly inspection, the designated operator shall do the following: <br /> 1. Review the alarm history for the previous month, check that each alarm was documented and responded to <br /> appropriately, and attach a copy of the alarm history with documentation taken in response to any alarms to the <br /> monthly report. <br /> 2.Visually inspect all spill containers and UDC sumps, and any tank top sump that had an alarm for which there is no <br /> record of a service visit. <br /> 3.Check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and document the dates <br /> they were done. <br /> 4. Verify that all employees have been trained during the monthly inspection. <br /> Ensure that designated operators performing monthly inspections at this facility are including all of the required <br /> information on the reports, inspecting all the required areas and training all employee. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 208 CCR 2715 Designated operator monthly inspection reports not maintained on site for at least 12 months. <br /> Since the change of ownership on May 26, 2015 there were no designated operator monthly inspection reports were <br /> not found on site. Designated operator monthly inspection reports for the previous twelve months shall be retained on <br /> site. Locate and ensure that copies of the previous twelve months of designated operator monthly inspection reports <br /> are maintained on site. Submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 209 CCR 2715(f) Designated operator employee training not performed or log not kept. <br /> Since the change of ownership on May 26, 2015, the designated operator employee training was not performed. The <br /> designated operator shall train facility employees for which he or she is responsible in the proper operation and <br /> maintenance of the UST system once every 12 months. The training shall include, but is not limited to: <br /> 1. Operation of the UST system in a manner consistent with the facility's best management practices <br /> 2. Employee's role with regard to monitoring equipment as specified in the facility's monitoring plan <br /> 3. Employee's role with regard to spills and overfills as specified in the facility's response plan <br /> 4.
